If you are in a DUI court program in Georgia, you must be very careful about the medications that you take. Taking certain medications will result in a positive drug test result, and a positive drug test result will cause you to face a sanction. A sanction for a positive drug test result generally means that you must go into custody.

What medications will result in a positive drug test result during a DUI court program test?

Below are documents from the Gwinnett County DUI Court's handbook that provides a fairly extensive listing of the drugs that you must avoid while you are in the DUI court program

Meds 20to 20avoid 201
