BRADLEY KOFFEL MAY BE THE WORST CRIMINAL DEFENSE ATTORNEY EVER

OKAY, BRADLEY KOFFEL IS PROBABLY A GOOD “GUY”, BUT HE MAY BE THE WORST CRIMINAL DEFENSE ATTORNEY EVER
I am sure that Bradley Koffel is a good guy, but he simply should not be accepting criminal cases in the United States. Bradley Koffel, a lawyer who holds himself out as a criminal defense and DUI attorney in Ohio, has taken what he considers to be the “moral high ground” when it comes to sex charges, in particular. You see, Bradley decided that he would undertake an assessment of whether the client was guilty or not guilty before accepting the person as a client. I guess that makes Bradley sleep better at night. I, on the other hand, wish that people likely Bradley would stick with personal injury cases or real estate law, and allow the rest of us to follow the Constitution’s requirement that an accused by presumed innocent unless and until guilt is proved beyond a reasonable doubt. You see, Bradley apparently doesn’t like the presumption of innocence that places upon the government to prove criminal charges beyond a reasonable doubt. That is fine, but I just don’t have much use for that kind of a “lawyer”.
That type of “lawyer” doesn’t get it. He doesn’t understand the role of a criminal defense attorney, and he doesn’t understand the role of the government or juries within the system. So, Bradley, I don’t care if you said what you said in the ABA Journal article just to get attention and business. Your moral high ground is harmful to the rights that form the fabric of our Constitutional judicial system. The notion that only people who can establish to your satisfaction that they are “probably innocent” are deserving of representation is ludicrous, and you should be ashamed to ever call yourself a criminal defense attorney.
