GEORGIA CHILD ABUSE REGISTRY AND ITS AFFECT ON YOUR JOB

By Ben Sessions on August 22nd, 2017 in Uncategorized

If you are facing the possibility of being placed on the Georgia child abuse registry, you must recognize that your placement on the child abuse registry may severely impact your ability to obtain or maintain employment. There are certain types of employment that will inevitably be extremely sensitive to a potential employee that is on the child abuse registry. For example, any teacher that is facing the possibility of being placed upon the registry needs to be extremely worried. I cannot imagine that there is a school system in Georgia that will knowingly welcome a person on the child abuse registry in their classrooms.

So, if you are facing the possibility of being placed on Georgia’s child abuse registry, defend the allegation vigorously, particularly if your employment may be sensitive to it.
