I GUESS YOU COULD BE REPRESENTED BY THAT FACTORY OF A PERSONAL INJURY FIRM…

By Ben Sessions on April 24th, 2016 in Uncategorized

Of course, you could be represented by that factory of a personal injury firm. They have a standard process for everything – answering the phones, an endless process of forms, a different person that you talk to every time that you call, and a different lawyer handling your case all the time. It is a factory, and it is one way to do things. And, it is pretty much the opposite from the way in which your case will be cared for if we take on the responsibility of representing you in your injury case.

Factory

One of the main things that our clients have said that they expect during the course of our representation of them is respect. The factory model of personal injury law is one way for a law firm to handle things. However, one thing is certain: it isn’t respectful of you, your family, or your future. Personal injury firms that handle things do it because it benefits them. Certainly, they sell it is as a way of creating consistency. That is a great goal for some, I suppose. What my clients really want, though, is exceptional, and I have found that exceptional results are achieved through one-on-one time with my clients. Getting to know them and actually working on their case.

If my accepts representation of you, we will invest the time, effort, and resources to help. We work to make sure that you know that your case is not just another widget being made. Your case, your injuries, and the damages that you are owed are unique to your case, and in order to truly help you and your family get the compensation that you deserve, it takes real time and attention.

We put in the work so you do not have to worry.
