Fulton County State Court (Atlanta, GA arrest)

Our client was charged with DUI Less Safe, DUI Per Se, Failure to Maintain Lane, and failure to use headlights in Atlanta, GA. Our client submitted to the full battery of field sobriety test, including the horizontal gaze nystagmus (HGN) test, the walk-and-turn test, and the one-leg-stand test. After her arrest, she submitted to the state-administered breath test at the City of Atlanta Detention Center. The breath test produced results greater than .10. Ultimately, Atlanta DUI lawyer Ben Sessions obtained a full dismissal of all of our client’s charges after the case was bound over (transferred) to the Fulton County State Court.
