Dependable and Trustworthy Attorney
I hired Ben Sessions after dealing with another lawyer who dropped the ball on a 3 year old case, which resulted in me having a bench warrant for a missed court date and suspended license unknowingly for 8 months. After I contacted Ben, he quickly (and I mean quickly) took care of my license and had my driving privileges reinstated and also had the case dismissed within a few weeks. Since the first day, Ben was very responsive, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Mr. Sessions if you should ever find yourself in need of a dependable and trustworthy attorney.

I Can’t Overstate How Highly I Think of Him
Ben Sessions is one of the most gifted DUI lawyers in the state of Georgia. As an attorney, I feel very strongly that a good attorney must be able to do two things very well: maintain excellent relationships with other attorneys and judges, and try cases. The first allows a lawyer to know what options are available for a client who does not want to go to trial (arrogant jerks don’t get the best deals for clients who want pretrial diversion or pleas). The second allows a lawyer to fight when a client wants to contest a charge. Ben excels at both. He knows the science behind DUI investigations, and can assess and fight a case that would intimidate less informed lawyers. He has a whip-smart mind that is belied by a very conversational and approachable style. And he is one of the nicest people I have ever met in my life. His professional ethics are impeccable, and on a personal level, he is a gentleman and a fine person. Juries sense this; his peers and judges experience it and know it. I refer friends and acquaintances to Ben and have done so for years. I can’t overstate how highly I think of him. He is a fine lawyer.

So Grateful and Thankful
When I got my first (and only) DUI charge, I searched long and hard for a suitable and not too costly attorney. I honestly don’t remember how I came across Sessions & Fleischman but I am so grateful and thankful that I did. Ben is one of the greatest attorneys, and he’s even greater person. Ben is Incredible!
Ben is incredible! He got me a DISMISSAL on my case and I am able to move on with a clean record and my life.
