Our client was stopped leaving the Braves game in downtown Atlanta. He was driving without his headlights on. Our client submitted to field sobriety tests, but he refused the state-administered breath test.
Our client’s DUI charge was dismissed in exchange for a plea to reckless driving. He received no further license suspension and no jail time.
