About this video
What do you do when a prosecutor makes a recommendation to resolve the case that you believe to be unfair, one that doesn’t really fit the crime that you’re accused of at all? Or you have a very defensible case, and the prosecutor won’t offer an amendment or reduction of the charges. What happens if you go to a jury trial, lose, and the judge imposes a very heavy jail sentence, even for a person charged with a misdemeanor who has no prior criminal history? These are real questions. In this video, Ben Sessions discusses this problem and how we can handle it.
Sessions & Fleischman defends people charged with misdemeanors and felonies in courts across Georgia.
