Monroe County DUI Refusal: License Suspension Rescinded

Our client was stopped on the interstate in Monroe County and charged with DUI, open container and an equipment violation after declining a blood test at the hospital.

We contested the refusal suspension at the Office of State Administrative Hearings, and the suspension was rescinded when the arresting officer failed to appear. We also demanded a jury trial, moving the criminal case to Superior Court.
