Macon DUI Dismissed on the Eve of Trial; License Suspension Reversed

After a State Patrol stop in Macon, our client faced DUI less safe and a traffic-control-device charge in Bibb County State Court. The State’s standing offer was a DUI plea with 24 hours in jail.
