I know this will come as a surprise to some, but we are not perfect. This case was a loss in the verdict, but he sentence received was roughly as good as the pre-trial plea offer made by the State, so our client basically got a shot at a jury acquitting him with very little downside. Our client was charged with possession of LSD, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, DUI, and failure to maintain lane.
