This is the oral argument in State v. Whitman before the Georgia Supreme Court. This case involves the State’s appeal from an order of the trial court excluding the Defendant’s refusal to submit to field sobriety tests. Ben Sessions’ portion of the oral argument begins around the 20:00 mark.
