Fulton County Criminal Bond

By Ben Sessions on November 16th, 2014 in Uncategorized

If someone you care about is in the Fulton County jail, your first concern is probably the Fulton County criminal bond process. The Fulton County criminal bond process can be difficult and confusing. There are frequently hurdles that are difficult to overcome because, quite honestly, many people do not know what the hurdle is to the setting of the bond and the release.

The best way to obtain information about the bond is to simply go to Fulton County jail. The jail is located at:

901 Rice Street
Atlanta, GA 30318

The South Fulton County Annex, which is used to house female inmates from the Rice Street facility, is located at:

South Fulton Municipal Regional Jail
6500 Watson Street
Union City, GA 30291

It is difficult to say whether the bonding and release process moves more quickly when a surety or cash bond is used in the Fulton County jail. We generally recommend that clients use a bonding company for securing release from the Fulton County jail. We make this recommendation because of the long time period over which cases typically remain pending in Fulton County. If you post a cash bond, those funds will be tied up for the entirety of the time that the criminal case is pending.

Our Fulton County drug charge defense lawyers and criminal defense attorneys know the Fulton County criminal bond process. If you need help regarding the setting of criminal bond in Fulton County, contact The Sessions Law Firm.
