DON’T LET A TRAFFIC TICKET JEOPARDIZE YOUR CAR ACCIDENT CASE.

The ticket that you received after your car accident could very well be an extreme roadblock to your ability to recovery for injuries you suffered as a result of a car wreck. In many accidents in which people are hurt, there is a genuine issue as to which driver is responsible for the accident (or which driver is more responsible for causing the accident). However, if you pay a citation or plead guilty to it, that may severely impact your ability to recover for injuries that resulted from a car accident.

WHY CAN A TRAFFIC TICKET AFFECT YOUR CAR ACCIDENT CASE?

In a claim or case to recover for injuries that you suffered in a car accident, one of the things that we must establish is that the other drivers or drivers were at fault for causing the accident. Your payment of a citation or, even worse, going to court and entering a guilty plea to a traffic citation can be an admission of guilt for the traffic violation that can cause real problems in your claim for injuries suffered in a traffic accident.
